Valencia CF announces that it has made the decision to end its professional relationship with doctor Pedro López Mateu, until now responsible for the Club's medical services.

After more than 20 years of experience in the field of sports medicine, Pedro López Mateu joined Valencia CF in November 2019 and since then has led the medical department, being responsible for the care and monitoring of the players of the men's first team, women's first team and VCF Academy.

Valencia CF thanks doctor Pedro López Mateu for his dedication and professionalism throughout these years and wishes him good luck in his professional future.

The Club will announce the new structure of the medical department shortly.
